    What is your book about?
This book contains insights and advice from 62 CEOs who share their core “Guiding Principle” for leading and growing their firms through the difficult economic we are facing.

What inspired you to write your book?
This book was inspired by the interviews done on our radio show. Each CEO was asked to discuss her/his “Guiding Principle”. Given the diversity of answers and depth of content this book had to be published. It brings together, in one place, the various insights into one easy-to-read book.

How did you come to do what you’re doing today?
My goal is to help improve employment and raise the standard of living of people around the world.

I do this by working with CEOs and Business Owners to help them make better decisions.  By making better decisions their business grows and prospers allowing them to hire more people and share the prosperity.

Can you describe a typical day in your life?
I split my time between leading CEO Peer Groups, coaching my CEO clients, working with future radio show guests to help them prepare for their appearance and working on my forthcoming book(s).

Additionally, I spend time connecting with the international Critical Mass Business community through our various social media networks such as: my Blog, Twitter, YouTube, FaceBook, and LinkedIn, etc.

What do you most enjoy about what you do?
My business allows me to meet very successful and interesting business executives.  I have the opportunity to collaborate with them on a range of projects.

Through my radio show I am able to help business leaders “give back” through the gift of their knowledge to peers who are eager to learn from them.  The audience does this either by listening live or downloading our shows from Apple iTunes and other podcasting sites.

Are there any people and/or books that have inspired you along your journey?
Countless authors on a wide range of subjects but I am fond of two books in particular: Good to Great and The BreakThrough Company.

My wife and children continue to be a source of inspiration for me.

Can you share some business tips for our readers?
I have learned to seek advice from as many people as possible in order to develop a deep appreciation for the options I may have in making a decision.

Business executives, and CEOs in particular, are so busy running their firms they neglect spending time to work on the business not just in the business.

Can you share something that people might be surprised to learn about you?
I ran and completed the Los Angeles Marathon

Is there anything else you would like to add?
I give talks on a variety of topics of interest to CEOs and business owners of mid-market firms ($5 million to $500 million).  I am available for keynote speeches and workshops as well.
