    What is your book about?
Targeting CEOs down to college graduates who want to learn how to get a job the way businesses sell their products and services to other businesses. The message applies to entrepreneurs, consultants, and anyone who needs to develop solutions, market, and sell.

What inspired you to write your book?
C-Level executive friends of mine were out of work and clearly did not know how to sell and market themselves. Even CMOs, who knew, were not practicing what they knew and needed the model taught as a personal application.

How did you come to do what you’re doing today?
As a former global executive, member of C-Level groups, and business owner selling into the C-Level suite for one of my other businesses, my heart went out to help others. Over time I realized that college age up desperately needed help. The market is huge and demand is expected to continue at high levels until at least 2018.

Can you describe a typical day in your life/
Meetings, product development, marketing, supplier development, and sales.

More practically that means blogs, articles, media events, emails, calls, and face-to-face meetings.

What do you most enjoy about what you do/
Being a thought leader, being innovative, connecting the dots, and bringing a business to life – while helping those who wish to be helped.

Are there any people and/or books that have inspired you along your journey?
The Bible. Helping others is a mission and purpose in my life.

Can you share some business tips for our readers?
Know what you want to do – passionately.
Know how to communicate what you can do for others.
    Offer others what they want.

Can you share something that people might be surprised to learn about you?
I am a seminary graduate from Dallas Theological Seminary. My hobby is Bible Study and teaching others. My experience is 30 years in business at the F100 level and at the serial entrepreneur level.

Is there anything else you would like to add?
I am experienced in Print, Radio, and Internet TV.

The future has two major trends:
    1. High unemployment and the need to learn Jobpreneurship to compete in the job market.
    2. A shift away from employment toward small business, start-ups, and true entreprenurial initiatives. All of these need to learn how to develop their product/service, market, and sell to get customers in a B-to-B environment.
